2011-12-04: Men’s single skating fanlisting.

Today I created and uploaded several new buttons for the men’s single skating fanlisting. I am also thinking about updating the layout, because, well, my designing skills surely improved since February 2009. I can hardly comprehend that I’ve been running this fanlisting for such a long time! It definitely needs a revamp.

2011-11-20: Metal Gear Solid all mine!!!.

I was extremely lucky to get the following e-mail:

Congratulations! Your application to build and run the Metal Gear Solid (Computer, Console, Video, & Web Games) fanlisting in the Games category at The Fanlistings Network has been approved!

Oh joy! From the very beginning I’ve had Metal Gear Solid video game among my top Wishlist items, and finally I got it! Ta-da! http://fan.sleety.org/mgs/! God, I still cannot believe my luck. ^___^

On a side note, I’ve updated the Liberi Fatali fanlisting, because I was not completely happy with the layout, and created a couple of new codes.

2011-11-13: First post in 2011 ^^.

After long absence I am finally back in black. I checked the links for the listings I have joined and deleted the dead ones.

I also closed the fanlisting for The Qin Empire (大秦帝国, Da Qin Di Guo), a Chinese historical drama series aired in 2007. I truly admired the series back then, but I’ve lost interest in the topic. I could never find the time to update the fanlisting, make screencaps gallery or write the contents, so I decided that the fanlisting deserved a better owner. -_-

2010-04-11: Fanlistings up for adoption.

I’ve decided to part with the following:

  • Wonderwice Margera (Bleach character). I liked Wonderwice at first, but his release form, shown in the newest chapters, is just plain creepy. =_=
  • Usami Maki. Again, I loved her work a couple of years ago, but now is a different story.
  • Kai Tsurugi. Not so sure about this fanlisting, but if I find a good application, I would consider adopting it out. You can keep the extra content, of course (biography information and etc.).

The rules are usual: make a new layout and be a fan, not a collector. ^_^ Also necessary:

  • Have the fanlisting up in 3 weeks.
  • In the application, include your website URL and a collective script you use.

Not necessary but very much appreciated:

  • Contact me before adopting it out in future.
  • E-mail current members to notify them of the move.
  • Credit me as the previous owner.

Please, send emails via the contact form.

2010-03-30: Looking for new affiliates.

Just finished a global site renovation. After a big affiliates review I have found out that there is only one active affiliate left. The new ones desperately needed. :))

Phew. I spent an enormous amount of efforts trying to integrate Enthusiast and WordPress Mu. But what choice did I have, considering that lots of mine (and not just mine) websites on this domain use this blogging tool? Had to manually edit some files of the Enthusiast script. Never again.
